Payments & Pricing:

• Full payment is required for all projects unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance.

• Payment plans may require a deposit.

• Pricing is not listed publicly, as every project is unique. An estimate will be provided after reviewing your project details.

No refund policy:

Social Buzz does not offer refunds.

We are fully committed to working with you to ensure your project meets expectations. Clear communication and timely feedback are essential to achieving the best outcome.

Client responsibilities:

To avoid delays, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Submit content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner

Delays in communication or content delivery will result in project timeline extensions.

Content Liability:

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Ownership & portfolio use:

• Upon full payment, clients own the final design files.

• By signing a contract, clients grant Social Buzz permission to display completed work in portfolios, on our website, and on social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

All website content, text, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Social Buzz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Third-Party platforms:

Social Buzz works with platforms such as Wix, Hostinger, Showit, Shopify, and Squarespace. We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages

• Updates or changes made by third-party providers
